Equatorsun offers UPF 50+ sun protection clothing that has been rigorously tested. Our clothing has been shown to meet and exceed the Australian and New Zealand standard AS/NZS 4399:1966; ensuring our clothing is sun-safe.

The UPF 50+ rating is equivalent to wearing a permanent layer of broad-spectrum SPF 50+ suncream, except you don't have the trouble of re-applying. So you can relax next time you are in the sun, knowing that you are protected.

Our Story

Over 15 years ago, my mother, Annette founded Equatorsun shortly after receiving a melanoma diagnosis. In 2009, Annette lost her life, leaving behind, sadly amongst many other things, a mission to prevent skin cancer. My family have committed to carrying-on her legacy through Equatorsun.
