Equatorsun strives to ensure you love your purchase. But if you’re not completely satisfied then we're here to help you with our returns and exchanges process!

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To ensure a smooth returns process, please note the following conditions:

• 🗓️ Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• 🧼 Item(s) must be in their original condition: unworn, unsoiled, unwashed, and in original packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria cannot be accepted for return.
• 🔄 All exchanges are final and cannot be returned for a refund or further exchange.
• 🚫 We do not accept returns or exchanges on items marked as 'Final Sale', unless they are faulty.
• ⚠️ Returns or exchanges will not be accepted on wholesale or corporate orders.

How to Return or Exchange

Customers in the United Kingdom:

Please contact us directly via email at info@equatorsun.com to submit your return or exchange request. Here’s what you need to know:

• 📦 Equatorsun does not cover the cost of return postage for refunds or exchanges.
• 🔁 If you’re exchanging an item, the shipping cost for sending you a new item will be covered by Equatorsun.

Customers Outside of the United Kingdom:

Please contact us at info@equatorsun.com with your order number and your intended return or exchange. We will send you a returns & exchange form to complete.

• 🚚 You’ll need to send the item(s) back to us along with the completed returns & exchange form.
• ❌ Equatorsun does not cover the cost of return postage or insurance for your refund or exchange request. We recommend using a postal service with tracking, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
• 🔁 The shipping cost for sending out a new item in an exchange will be covered by Equatorsun.

Refunds

Once we have received your returned item, refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 2-5 business days for your account to reflect the credit.
