Your tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been dispatched, allowing you to track your order online.
We offer international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Delayed deliveries
Sometimes things are out of our hands.
Please note we cannot guarantee your order will arrive by a specific date as all shipping times are estimates. More often than not we beat the estimate above, but sometimes delays happen that are out of our hands. Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds or cancellations if your order arrives later than expected.
Customs, duties & taxes
For orders where we collect import duties, taxes, and customs fees upfront, your order should arrive with nothing further to pay.
