Common questions about men's UV sunsuits

Is the UV sunsuit made from the same material as a wetsuit?

No. A UV sunsuit is made from thin, stretchy swimsuit fabric, not thick neoprene, so it feels light and flexible like a swimsuit rather than tight and bulky like a wetsuit. It’s designed for sun protection: the certified UPF 50+ fabric blocks at least 98% of UVA and UVB rays. It dries quickly, resists chlorine and stays comfortable for hours of swimming, snorkelling, surfing or moving on the beach in warm water.
