How to measure

1. Wrap a soft tape measure around the fullest part of your chest or bust, arms relaxed at your sides.
2. Keep the tape level all the way round, including across your back.
3. Hold it snug but not tight, and breathe normally.

No tape measure? Use a piece of string, mark where it meets, then measure the string against a ruler.
