Description
The Wallaroo Cricket is a soft cotton twill sun hat with a brim that shades the face, ears and neck, rated UPF 50+ to block over 98% of UV rays.
The adjustable chin cord with toggle keeps it securely on through windy beach days and playground laps, and the internal drawstring lets you dial in the fit. Brass eyelets add ventilation on hot days, and the whole thing packs flat in a bag without losing its shape.
Head size 56cm, our largest kids fit, suited to older children and teens. It also fits smaller adult heads if you like a shorter brim.

Certified UPF 50+ fabric, across a 7 cm wide brim
A sun hat protects twice over: the fabric has to stop UV reaching the skin, and the brim has to put enough of the face in shade. Plenty of kids hats manage one. The Cricket is built to do both.
Woven from cotton twill
A soft cotton twill that holds its UPF 50+ rating while still letting air move through it, so the hat stays comfortable in the heat you bought it for. Brass eyelets at the crown let warm air escape.
Made for kids who do not sit still
The best sun hat is the one still on their head at the end of the day. The Cricket has an adjustable chin cord with a toggle to keep it secure on windy beach days, and an internal drawstring band to dial in the fit.
It packs flat into a bag and springs back into shape, so it can live in a rucksack between beach days without being ruined.
